PrimalFitDad collects only what is needed to create your private account, deliver your PrimalScan, support your onboarding, and communicate with you about relevant coaching. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and optional Instagram handle.
• Your PrimalScan responses, symptoms, lifestyle information, goals, and any health or laboratory information you choose to provide.
• Basic technical and attribution information, such as the page used to register, referral source, campaign tags, device or browser information, and security logs.
• Your communication preferences and a record of the consent you gave.

How we use it

• To create and secure your PrimalFitDad account.
• To deliver, review, and improve your PrimalScan experience.
• To contact you by email or WhatsApp about access, onboarding, your results, and relevant PrimalFitDad coaching.
• To protect the service from abuse, diagnose problems, and understand which campaigns are useful.

Services that help us operate

We use trusted providers to run the website and app, create secure accounts, send communications, and protect the registration flow. These may include Hostinger and WordPress, Cloudflare, Google Firebase and Google Cloud, MailerLite, and the services used for app notifications. These providers process information under their own security and privacy obligations and may process it outside your country.

Consent and communication

When you register for a PrimalScan, you consent to the account, delivery, email, and WhatsApp uses stated beside the form. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any marketing email and can ask us to stop WhatsApp messages at any time. Service messages that are necessary to secure or deliver your account may still be sent.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as it is reasonably needed to deliver the service, maintain accurate coaching and consent records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use access controls, secure account links, encryption in transit, and reputable service providers. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw communication consent. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, legal, or record-keeping purposes.

Health information

The PrimalScan is an educational health-screening and coaching tool. It is not emergency care and does not replace diagnosis or treatment from a qualified medical professional. Do not use the website or app for urgent medical concerns.
